Question on Lowering springs

What is size lowering springs should I get if I plan on putting a body kit on it..I don't want to lower it then add a kit and having it scrape the ground.???
Thanks,
GhostShark

look at your daily driving habits and what kind of roads you drive on. if it's a lot of smooth roads then you don't have to worry much about ride height. but if you're going into a lot of bumps and etc then a conservative drop would be what you're looking for.
