More VE problems

After second set of injectors put in this thing it was running absolutely perfect. Overnight somehow it decided to break again. Very hard starting and sometimes not at all, running rough, smells of unburnt fuel. Check engine light came on, pulled codes as follows

12 Mass airflow sensor
13 coolant Temerature sensor
34 knock semsor

I'm sure all three of those things didn't go at the same time, anyone have any idea?

If it helps, I did notice in the best of times at first start up the car did not idle up, took a little bit of throttle to get it to even out where it would idle and not die. That sounds like a coolant temp sensor to me.

Corroded wiring leading into the CTS? Seems to have happened on every VE I've had.
