1992 Maxima Brougham - Digital Display cluster

I have a 1992 Maxima Brougham with less than 50,000 miles . The digital display panel/cluster does not light up until the car is warmed up. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes before it comes on. Are there any solutions to this?
