can you swap an 89SE with VG30 motor manual trans into a 94SE auto with the VE30 motor,,,,thanks

turns out just needed a cv joint thanks for your help

 

Any VG transmission will bolt up to the VE. You will need 89-91 5-speed axles.

 

I found a trans for my 94 guy says it was from a 92-94 se but he is asking me if I have unlimited slip I had a few of these cars and I remember that some did have the posi traction anyway I'm going to stick with the auto but the guy has me a little confused I think it will work would you agree I figure either way it should bolt up, thanks for all your help here
