Many many years ago I had a Warpspeed Y pipe on my 3rd gen with a mandrel bent exhaust we did from a group buy on here, as far as I know Warpspeed was the only real Y pipe available and nowadays I doubt there's any left really unless someone has a used one kicking around. Headers you would likely have to go custom, PaceSetter was the last real one for 3rd gens and even then lots of people had fitment issues

For ECU it completely depends how in depth you're going, if you're going all out with cams, boost, bigger injectors, etc something like a Haltech is the best bet but at that point, unless you're extremely well versed in that stuff it's best to go with a builder and what programming they're versed on (Link, Haltech, AEM, etc). My Crown I did a massive turbo with bigger injectors, 264 cams, coilpack conversion, etc and the only option to run it all was a fullblown standalone. I went with a Haltech Elite 2500 along with getting the wiring harness completely redone as Haltech is what my builder was versed with and Haltech are good with running automatic transmissions. If you stay manual, you avoid ALOT of headaches in that route and your options for engine management software open up. If you're not going to be running boost, cams, bigger injectors, converting to coilpacks and doing a distributor delete etc you don't need a standalone. JimWolfTechnology used to do ECU stuff for 3rd gens, if they're still around it's likely the best bet.

If you're still looking, warp speed will still make the y pipe for you
