rogman, thought I'd throw in a trivia point for the bronze tinting. The eye perceives shapes and outlines as sharper and more vivid through a bronze or amber tint. The gold shades are less jarring to the eye than a black/white or grey/white image. For the same reason, a bronze tint on a windshield can significantly reduce the appearance of glare from oncoming headlights. Often, specifically-designed driving glasses or night-driving goggles are amber-tinted. many people feel that their depth and detail perception is enhanced through an amber tint. Nice.
Of course, more important, burgundy with the gold pinstripe and bronze glass would look fantastic.

Very interesting GXEJane. That's good because I was debating this bronze/smoke/black/etc thing myself and I think bronze looks better on a silver car. My folks have OEM bronze tint on their silver minivan and I think it looks umm... good..
