I need a book for my '89 GXE. Should I get
the Chilton or the Haynes? I do need the
wiring diagram if that is of any help.

I saw an M3 almost that ugly at school today.. poor thing looked like someone had torched the springs!

Martha: what wiring info are you looking for? I have a little of it on my website for the stereo and stuff.. maybe someone here can help you out with some of that info.

Haynes and chiltons usually don't have too terribly descriptive wiring info, other than "this plug goes to XXX" doesn't say much about wire colors.

the Nissan service manual, ($$$. I just bought one on ebay for about $65) on the other hand, has much more info and will give oyu more information about it than you'll ever need.

hope that helps.

Repair manual

Matt that is very good price you paid for the Nissan service manual. I called the other day and for 90SE they were selling the manual for $127 and wiring book for $42. I thought you probably would like to know that.

Martha

I bought one not too long ago...and it was pretty useless to me. It wasn't worth the money I paid.
