Got my LED 194s

Well, all I gotta say is the color is wierd. They would look aight if everything else matched, but I doubt Im gonna keep them in the corners. I wonder if I can get 1157s in a similar color. And the other thing is that they dont have a great light spread. I was thinking about putting them in the gauges, but if the spread sux, then I wont bother. So let me know what you all think.

I got them at a speed shop in Worcester, MA. I ordered regular superwhite bulbs from him, but the were sold before I picked them up so he just sold me these LEDs. They were about $15 for the pair. At least thats how much he charged me because I prepaid.

Brandon, they are bright. Especially right in the center. But they would be brigher if I had new clear corners. They aren't as bright as the superwhite bulbs tho. Im buying a new set next week. These ones that I have have turned yellow, faded and are separating.

Hmm... well they are different. I guess it depends on how weird the light pattern is since I don't want to judge from the pics. On the plus side they should last a very long time.

do you think that they will work behind the guages, becuase the light is really concentrated in one spot, and it might not light up the entire cluster. if anyone has pics of led's behind the guages, tell me.

That would be illegal where I live. The cops hate that stuff.

What kind of 1157's are those?T he superwhites make a blue tint, and the stock ones are yellowish, those look white, so they match the headlights.

The cops in my town see me driving around all of the time. I've never gotten any trouble from them. I've even been pulled over for something else and they didnt even comment on my lighting. Plus, there are a lot of cars with less than legal lighting here.

Those 1157 are eurolite 1157. they look white bc of the picture. I will try to get a better shot of them and how they look. The headlight you see there is actually a stock bulb. One of my APC Superwhites blew so Im using a stock one until I find a better set of overwatt bulbs.

I am finished with APC bulbs...They produce the color and brightness I want, but they are very unrelaible. Anyone have any better luck with other brands?
