Just curious. I had ordered a pair of 9004 Philips Premium bulbs for our 1991 Maxima SE and what I got in the mail was a pair of 9004 Hi-Visibility (Philips - Made in Korea).
I was finally able to get a real person at AutoOptiks instead of the usual answering machine. The person I spoke to, Vance, said that the Philips Premium and Philips Hi-Visibility bulbs are essentially the same bulb. He said the packaging is different in Europe (Premium) from that of North America (Hi-Visibility). I also mentioned to him about the plastic boxes each bulb came in as they had scrapes and scratches and one of the boxes had a hole where it had worn through. It seemed like old inventory. He assured me that the bulbs are new and that there is a 90-day warranty replacement if the bulb didn't work or burned out within that period.
Any experiences with them?
