can someone give me compression specs from service manual

can someone give me compression specs from service manual
i'm gonna compression test my VE30DE tonight. to see if it's the fuel injector (like i think it is) or sticking valves, or burnt valves. . . . etc. anyway, can someone give me the specs that i should be reading?

buy a FSM and you'll never need to ask again. we've been through this before.

If you're too cheap to buy a manual, then at least buy a haynes of chiltons. they all have the specs.

i looked at em and they don't have the specs for the VE30DE
