I found a PILOT Dual DTM muffler for 145 at DriverFX.com.. Anyone know anything about PILOT? Good? Bad? Normal?

Well, most straight throught mufflers are the same. except for the the in and out of the muffler. But one thing the pilot muffler is that it is loud. you may want to look at like the arospeed mufflers some of them like the bomb muffler have a silencer you can stick in it and it will quiet it down "75%". If you go on trips or if you just want to hear your self think in the car think about the arospeed muffler. but good luck finding a muffler.

i want a hi flow muffler too, but i dont want any excessive drone all the time. that one with the silincer seems pretty good, but does that make a lot of resistance? i can deal awith a bit more noisejust not that terriblle drone at anything about 1500 revs

Now, would a dual work better with getting intake later on?? Someone told me that that with dual and intake you get more horses. Is single just as good?

daul can be worse but it all depends where the bends are and how you run the pipe, and what dia. it is. a 2.5" single back exhast with an CAI would work really good.

Well, I don't want any trouble if I get an Intake later. I have a dual right now (stock of course)... would you recommened the single Bomb muff? I've got two good deals of Arospeed muffs this minute and want to order one extremely soon.

Well, I ended up purchasing an Arospeed Angle Cut Bomb Muffler, complete with Silencer. I cost 165, but came with a silencer, no shipping either. (http://streetracing.autoall.com) I'll let you all know how it comes out.
