Help, no idle
Help, no idle
Last night my max decided not to idle anymore. The battery and parking brake light stay on all the time when it's on, but if you let off the throttle it doesn't idle at 800 or anything it just drops to zero and dies. The battery is only 6 months old and I'm in california, so I don't think that's the problem. Could it be the alternator? Any ideas will help.

It died a 5 minute, screeching death before it finally seized.
Except it idled... I think it went too quick to take anything with it, but it lasted *just* long enough for me to make it home from the store... Even tho I had to throw it in Neutral down the hill and hope I could make a 90 degree corner with no steering
