Greddy exhaust note?

Hey guys. Can anyone that has the Greddy catback tell me if it AT ALL sounds like/similar to this 2001SE http://www.desertpearlmax.homestead....amodspage.html (the .wavs are at the middle of the page). I realize there is a huge difference since that is a 2001SE, plus he has the whole exhaust and intake. Though, after hearing the outside .wav, I couldn't believe it! Yeah it sounds a tad bit ricey at low RPM but it just sounds so evil once its revved! I just wanted to hear any input from anyone that has experience with the Greddy. I also have to apologize to those I might have offended, before, about saying the Greddy was ricey. I was confusing it with an Apexi muffler I saw on a 3rd gen, awhile ago. Damn, I'm really starting to like the Greddy now! BTW, if anyone has sounds of their Max w/ a Greddy, I'd LOVE to hear it!

PS - Yes I did search on this!

That's a nice sounding car! He's got a full exhaust with y pipe which makes it much louder. IF you have the stock y pipe with the greddy I think it's not nearly as loud because the flow is restricted still, I've heard people who have had exhaust and then put a y pipe on and it is so much louder. I'd like to here some 3rd gen sound clips of the Greddy if anyone has them.

Yuck it sounds nasty. Mine doesn't sound like that. What that car sound like on the inside is how mine sounds on the outside.

Yeah, it doesn't exactly sound too good. Though, it sounds kind of cool at high rpm. Now that I think about it, I really want a muffler that is going to sound good all around. I wouldn't want something that sounds like crap at normal driving speeds and only sounds good when pushed hard. I guess I'll stick w/ the Greddy, Borla turbo, or Dynomax Race Magnum. Even my stock messed up exhaust sounds awesome! My muffler is messed up yet it still sounds cool. I just wish it was a little louder. By louder I mean a little more noticeable but I'm not talking straight exhaust loud; just maybe 5+ decibles or something.
