I just bought a 1993 Maxima and the dealer and also the internet discount parts tell me that the dashboard clock is $216. WHAT???
Also the hood stays (little gas pistons) are $130 each WHAT????
Somebody please direct me to a better place.

For the hood lifts, get them from Autozone or some similar auto shop. Some recently posted they got some Strong Arms for about $30.

 

after than...you should learn never to get parts from the dealer
