Strut Brace, which one fits my car?????

Sup everyone,

I just finished installing my eibach pro-kit and tokico struts in my car, wow!!! what a difference. Now it doesn't feel like a cadillace anymore. Now I was told that the next thing to be done would be to put a strut brace and sway bars, but the sways are on their way (suspension techniques). I have a 1992 Maxima SE 5-speed with the 24-valve engine (VE POWER!). I did some searches on this site and couldn't find anything. Now I just want to know where would be the best place to buy a strut brace for the engine bay and if they do fit nicely because I think I read once that it is hard to find a front strut brace for this car, i don't recall too well but i think that's what I read. I also don't want the Stillen brace it is just too over priced. How much does a front strut brace go for and where would I get it? Thanks a lot to anyone who replies to this post, it is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
D-sta

Get a FSTB for a 2000-2002 Maxima. They fit great and can be had for around $60 I think. There was a group deal on them not too long ago, maybe another will start soon.

You can get them through Courtesy Nissan, just do a search for it, fit's the 3rd gen VE. Last time I checked they were on back order, but I haven't checked in a little while. http://www.courtesyparts.com/cgi-bin...t_Code=J30-STB
It's long but that's the link, says current;y on back order. How much was your suspension? And did it lower the car much?

Ken (Stealth Max) has them for sale for $45 shipped...

They seem to be of the same quality as every other one suggested so far on this thread but cheaper, I would send him a PM. Tell him I referred you...

Actually I threw "FTSB" in there so that even people who "mis-acronymize" the term would still find it!
