Dual to Single

Okay, does going from a Stock DUal Exhaust to Stock Single change annything performance wise? I swear it feels like I've lost some power in my max ever since i've gone single after my performance exhaust dilema. Any chance it's true or just mental?

Maxima doesn't have stock duals. You mean the twin exhaust tips?? It's all in your head.

what kinda muffler do you have???? because you will lose some low end power with a straight through design.

can you please show me a dyno with a 3-gen max with a gains that people can SEE . just straping a tin can that makes a lot of noise does not make you go fast. catback then thats a different story. We are talking about a straigh through design muffler, just bolted on.

that's fine, if you don't think a Y pipe, 3" high flow cat, and free flowing exhaust will give you some HP, then why bother even doing exhaust. . . .
