They look nice. How much do they weigh? It's very easy to add 10+ lbs. per tire/wheel when going to 17" wheels. Go to one of the tire mfg. sites, like Dunlop or Bridgestone, to see just how heavy the tires are. In addition, the recommended tire pressure goes from 29 to 33 lbs/sq.".
High unsprung weight + hard tire = harsh ride.

You'll be surprise of the weight difference>>>

When I removed my 17" double chrome wheels and hand compared the weight with my new 17" wheels it was hard to tell the weight difference. Sure I did not put them on a scale to weigh the difference. My new wheels probably weighed less, but not by much

Opinion: I don't like that kind of offset, they look like they are offset to the inside. I'd see if they offer it in polished alunminum. The thing I always look at is 1. Weight, chrome is way too heavy and will kill gas mileage and power. 2. coating, chrome seems to wear out way fast and depending on the quality, start to peel, some will tarnish. Personally, I just don't think that chrome is worth the money unless it's just for show!

man i can never find a site that will slap a picture of the rims on the car like that. All the sites that i've seen that DO do that don't have the rims i want on there.

where'd you get that one from ngthing?

i think those rims will look pretty good. you need to lower your car too. i hate it when people get rims, but don't lower. in my opinion, you lower the car first, then get rims. everybody thinks that 17's or 18's give a horrible ride and intrax will give it too. i have 17's and the ride is fine. my friend had intrax springs on his '88 legend, and the ride was fine. i still have the stock struts on mine with eibach springs and 122,000 miles. get 17's. they cost a little more, but the better look is worth it

Bucktown's got it! I've got Eibock springs ( 1") and just put auto zone struts on. I ran some 17" Konig Impacts for a while and the car rode better and smoother. Oem's back on, the ride comfort went to POT along with handling! I'd say because the oem tires were absorbing more of the road than the springs, still horrible, got to get some 17" Toxxins!!

Re: chrome plated

Don't Get "KumHo Ecsta Supra 712 Tires" (225/40/zr17) They are light as hell and ultra lo-profile, but you have to put 44psi in them... They should be called the "rough riders". You feel every single bump! After I wear these down, I'm going back to my Pirelli PZero's. God I love those.
