Rattling sunroof any fixes?

Anyone have this problem? How do you fix it. The sunroof seems loose and rattles all the time and wind noise has increased over the years.
Thanks
Steve

New seals. That's the only fix. I need em too...

got me, i had a prob w/ my sunroof leaking and the only solution was 2 buy a whole new sunroof, like over 300 or somethin...kinda dumb they cant just replace the rubber surround, but maybe u could just try retracting the sunroof and cleaning the surrounding area or sumthin, not really sure what u can do besides replacing it if it really drives u nuts

mine rattles too, but mine has a crack in it and i dont have the cover for it on anymore, so that might not help the noise too much. what gets me upset is my front door that creeks when i start and stop

You CAN buy the rubber seal that surrounds it...
That's what I'm talkin about. JCWitney should have them. Good luck replacing it, though...

Sunroof Info

I have made several post about sunroofs and shades and the like. If you searck with the keyword "sunroof" and my user ID, you should be able to find several revelant posts.

But before attempting to replace the rubber, I would try removing the glass, and spraying it and the inside of the sunroof heavily with that spray silicone stuff.

Also, under the glass, there are a few metal shims that allow you to tweak the position of the glass relative to its mounting bracket. Adding/removing these might help.
