question about WSP intake

ok, so i'm looking at prices.

VE-CAI VE 1992-94
$155.00 VE 1992-94 $75.00 VE-CAI-WO $140.00

ok, so is the 155 for the cold air part, the filter, and the part that replaces the accordian looking piece as well? because for 75 you can get the cold air uppter tube only. is that the piece that replaces the accordian looking thing after the maf to the TB? i was just trying to figure out if 155 will do the full cai with the piece after the maf that connects to the TB. the reason i was wondering is for 200 the PR one replaces that piece (from what i've heard and seen on a 4th gen).

thanks in advance.

For $155 you get everything you would get in a PR intake.
