pin stripes removal????

does anyone know what is the fastest and easiest way to remove the pin stipes off my car. I tried using my nails and fingers and it's taking forever. Is there anything i can use or buy to make my life easier?

I would say to just use your nail...it will take about an hour cuz you will peel it inch by inch...or you can go to a body shop where they have a rubber wheel that removed the stripe without damaging paint. DO NOT take a razor blade to it!!!

you can get that rubber wheel that 91maximaGxR talked about at a autobody parts store for your drill, and if not warming it up with a hair dryer might help

Re: Re: pin stripes removal????

do it on a hot day, or just use a hair dryer. its pretty easy. but have some patience and go slow, and try and keep it in one piece as long as possible, its a lot easier that way. i did mine on a hot sunny day and it took me like 10 min max.
