'94 SE 5spd

I know the '94 se 5spd was rated at getting about 6.7 second 0-60 times but after years of driving, would the car still be able to do that? I would think that after a while, the performance would change by about half to a full second.

Doubt it......
In fact.....after like 40k the Long Term Motor Trend Maxima tested at 6.6 to 60 vs. the 6.7 when new. Nissans engines need like 5k to fully break in. Well....not sure on the mileage but they need alot. I'd say if the compression is still withing factory specs maybe 7 with the same driver.
Nismo87se is/was running low 16's on his factory 87Maxima Auto. That car runs low 17's from the factory and his mods at the time were pretty minor. Just some engine teaks(pulleys, intake, exhaust, timing). Also, the motor had over 200k miles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

okay, so it's pshop, but with enough courage, it can be done!
