And let me guess, you probably own a DX hatchback with intake/exhaust and headers.. Seems all Honda Civic owners have those 3 mods and claim to beat Mustang Cobras/Camaro SS.

 

just a HUGE pipe at the back, chrome hubcaps, fogs, and neuspeed/type r/vtec written all over. Don't forget the 50% tint increase on all windows...that'll boost your 1/4 time by about a few seconds!

i would ahve taken it back, especially if it's a hatchback, they look so queer, even with $150,000 in them like the monster civic by Car Toyz near my house... Some dealerships have a 30 day thign where you can take it back...Act quick and get a maxima instead! Prolyl get a nice 4th gen from the money in the Civic.

that car has a warranty on everything thats why they dont let him take it back. they like the warranty so much. and its a coupe not a hatch, my bro has a hatch it looks good though.

nope not a hatch and not headers they make u lose horsepower and i never claimed to burn camaros but i do burn mustangs

 

burn a mustang i doubt, maybe keep up to one WITH mods. And what about warranty? do you forget were talking about Nissan and Honda? Both will last forever. Warranty bah.

My folks wanted to get me a new Kia,Hyundia or a new for focas I said They must be crazy to think I would drive such garbage cars. They decided they will let use the 3.1 V6 chevy wagon intill I say I am sorry for being rude. Lets just say that I still am driving that thing and hoping for them to help me buy a maxima for my birthday/Xmas gift. They say its possible if I keep saving.

ok first off, civics handle like crazy, but that's the hatch back ones. too bad they don't make an SI hatchback anymore. anyway, if i were you i'd find a DOHC VTEC motor and dump it into your civic. then maybe you'll have about 190 stock horsepower. then you should be able to keep up with a max. Dump a set of DC sport headers, with a 2 1/4 full exhaust, iceman intake, then start to lighten your car. rip out the interior, back seat, AC etc. . . then start on the suspension. I have a set of Coil over conversions that will fit your civic. it's off our full race CRX. it uses the stock shocks instead of a new one. they work alright. We put a full race Ground control package on our CRX. once you've done this maybe think about a turbo, maybe not. next you have sticky tires. gotta have that. then a clutch upgrade. maybe a fiberglass front end. Then possibly a roll cage. After you do all this, then you can come back and brag and try to keep up with us with maxs. Even after that, and if you do keep up with us. I'll smoke ya in my CRX :0P go find a rice oops i mean civic message board

that's my buddy jared's lude. yea, we're not sure if he did three full rolls, but we're sure of two. he was makin a righthander and swerved to miss a deer, went onto a hillside to his right, that flipped him, he rolled at least twice and landed on his wheels. his car was lowered and it DESTROYED HIS CUSTOM EXHAUST AND WHOLE UNDERNEATH!!! that hurt. he got hit in the head with his newly tuned computer that was on the seat next to him. total shame. that porsche isn't a TT but man i'd like to see any of you try to get close to it. that thing is FAST!!!! I defenitely don't have anything that'll touch it. anyway, sorry bout the resize, it wasn't like that when i posted it. I don't know how it got lik ethat, and now i can't find my pics. i hope i didn't delete em. anyway that's my two cents too.

 

i kinda dont understand why everyone jumped on tightcivic. i know he drives a civic n all, but he said he knows he would lose to a maxima. and there are 4banger mustangs out there so he may have beaten a mustang. im not a fan of civics, but if he modifies it alot it could probably be a quick little car. just dont rice the thing out! a question though, he said that custom headers would make him loose HP?????? how is that? another thing, if the main reason he is keeping on to the civic is because of the warranty, that doesnt make too much sense at all. if he is going to mod this car out, most of the warranties will be lost.

 

flyry110, if you wanted to get your pictures into better shape, try using some sort of photo program(adobe photoshop is great). i know you can download some photo programs off the net for a trail test. you get to use them for like 90 days or so. you can take some off the blur and what-not out of the photos as well. if you cant find the pics just save them off your site and work with them, they should still turn out pretty good.

 

Yeah....do you know what the 0-60 time is or the 1/4 mile time/trapspeed for it "stock"? (for the Porsche)
