I am down to... I have to take my car into the shop on Wednesday and depending on if I have to replace the VTCs now or can wait for a few weeks will decide if I can commit to this now, or in less then two weeks on Friday April 26, 2002.

I'm all for being the test dummy, as long as the finished product looks better than the one the 4th gen guys are getting. I wouldn't want my car to look like an insect. But a little less drastic and a little more like a GT-R sounds great! If we do this, anyone want to buy my WW kit??? It's only been on for a week!!!

 

Considering how long it will take to get this together (CFhood as my example) I will start putting away some money now. If i have it by the time the deal is rolling then i will be more than happy to get a new kit for my car. I would just like to see some pics asap. Photoshopped or whatever.

since I have a shop after we get the first ten it will probably be sold only through me, I just talked to the first company and he said there doing a kit for 5th and 4th gens,and he wont be able to start ours untill the end of june. so I called PJ at maxximum tuning and see who he went with, he was going to go through the first guy but then chose someone in brooklyn, which will be better, so I can mabey use my car as the test car, and use the money I would spend on the kit to front the money for one so we only will need nine people.

I just called another guy he recomended and he is going to call me back soon. so once i talk to him ill get the details.

I would be really intersted. Of course depending on how the kit comes out. My Brother is going to inherit my fathers GXE. So as gift I would give him the kit. What happens if we do not get the 10 could a deal be worked out with what we have? This might have been already addressed however, when will we be able to see a prototype?

 

Erubuni in Brooklyn ??? makes custom ground effects kits and molds them to the car/paints them. The cost is like $2K, though... and it's "shogun style" I personally would rather have the Skyline style...

 

if we dont have ten the price will probably be higher, when we have all the money thell start making the kit, then send pictures then ill bring my car in and thell get the fit right and manufactures the other 10

 

 

Nismo89 this has been bothering me for a while, you would not have happen to be in Brooklyn near the Linden Theater about 3 months ago would you have. There was a car just like yours parked in drive way about a block from the theater I literally circled the block to get a better look.

 

Live in NY. yeah erenbuni makes them but its two much and they want 2 months with your car.

 

Did PJ tell you about his plans for a R33 kit for the 3rd gen? I personally think an R-33 kit would look more fitting for a 3rd gen, leave the R-34 to the 4th gens. But maybe you and PJ can work togeather on that R-33 kit, cause i know he's got his hands busy right now with the 4th gens, so maybe you can do the grunt of the work and he could help or something.

 

of handeling it myself, I asked PJ what he though, he put me in touch with this guy and Im waiting for the guy to call me back with some info, I havent decided which skyline yet but I think the r34 looks better.

 

see if they can help us make some nice phaze 3 euoro 's or skyline conversion tails that are our lights with the skyline redesign.

I am definately interested! When are you going to definately going to start getting them made I need a date so I can have the money, because if it is not for a month I am going to do my VTCs. I am getting my timing chains, guides, tensioners, serpentine belts, waterpump all replaced on friday. I also am getting a compression check so I need to know if I am going to need to have the money by the first of may or not.

$650 is a GREAT price for full bumper replacements, even if it is fiberglass...

 

Were using my car, that way I can purchase an extra kit, so we will only need 9 other people, Icon, it probably wont be for a month so do your vtc's.

im all up for the new kit, but it really depends on how this looks when its done. im planning on getting a body kit this summer and was gonna go for the stillen one. i do like the fact that the ones your having made are full bumper replacements. i just think that one you posted is too agressive looking for a max. if it was tamed down a bit it would look alot cooler.
