OMG i cant belive i said that.. LOL anyway some ppl got good deals on their tranny build.. like 600 bucks ... but i think you get what you pay for... i know some guy that will give me a very nice deal on a new beffy tranny as soon as mine goes.. he said a grand will cover it.. and i told him i race it around hard, so i need to be tuff.. he said YEa ok ill get it done for 1000 bucks...

if you can beat that deal .. i would take it, make sure you find out what they are using to rebuild..

a rebuild wil range from $1000-2000+ depending on what you get done! two years ago mine was $2000 and I got a 3 year warranty and cooler with it...pretty good, but I've seen guys get it done for lower(but their warranties were less)...any ways you can go used as well, a used tranny can be had for $6-700, but then you figure in install and the price difference and piece of mind iisn't much!

check around, just know that $1-2k is the average! and after the rebuild watch for leaks around the dipstick seal and the hoses!
