Starting problems

Last weekend I washed my engine with a power washer and degreaser. I waited about 2-3 hours for it to dry and then drove it. It ran OK for about 10-15 minutes and then it lost all its power and I just barely made it home, so I figured I just got some water somewhere and it would just dry out and run OK. Thats not what happened, the next day when I tried to start it, it wouldn't even crank or do anything. So i had my starter and my battery checked it wasn't those. Does anyone know what could be wrong? If you know please help. Thanks

Re: Starting problems

I had the same problem...replace your eng. cont. fuse and you should be fine now.

Mine kept blowing the fuse until I let it sit overnight and dry out but I haven't had a problem since.

Good luck.
