indiglo question

i was just wondering if they made indiglo gauges for 89-91 se's. i see some on ebay, but they have either the se font up to 145mph, or they have the gxe font up to 125. and 89-91 se's are 125mph w/ se font of course. i have never seen those before. and i might be interested in buying some, if they made them. (i really want reverse indiglos)

Have you ever seen an SE with realy good bulbs behind the gauges? I would say it is comparable to Reverse Indiglow

I would agree. I was considering getting indiglos, but everyone who gets in my car asks me where I got my gauges! So I just kept the Xenon bulbs back there.

I just bought some bulbs, but haven't put them in yet. They are nothing special, just Hyper White. What bulb would you suggest I put behind my dash? I want something really bright & really true white. I have Xenon bulbs all around my car, outside & Inside. Now the dash is the last spot I need. Please give me a good brand that will look awesome. Do they have a really bright white bulb that I can put in the shifter console? I have an auto.

1989 Max SE Auto.

hyperwhite works good... i have them in my gauges
and get compliments from everybody about them

the shifter console is the same bulb as the gauges (194)
definitely change it out, the green is just nasty
you can barely get the bulb if you reach around underneath
the shifter... twist n pull

I just put my indiglos in last night, and man are they awesome. I have a 94 GXE, so the fonts and everything was right...not sure about your SE though...Maybe the GXE 125mph for your SE would be good? My looked like they did in the eBay auction picture, and they were an exact replica...just over-lays

http://www.mindsquad.com/maxima/pics/Gauge-after.jpg - Check that out, that's the after shot of my gauges...tonight I will take some snapshots of the indiglo turned on..and post them...

keep checking ebay, I've seen plenty of them on there, not just the 92-94SE

oh, I guess you are right
I'd never really looked at the 125 mph ones too closey before, they do have the 92-94 GXE font on them (I was never interested in indiglos or a 125MPH speedo )

sorry about that Matt, I hang my head in shame and will now leave the board forever

these are the ones I was thinking of, but I'm sure you've probably seen them:
