pop charger

what exactly is a pop charger, well i know what it is and does, but what does it consist of?

so it realy isn't anything special then, just a different filter? also that is a pretty cool mouse motion trail you have on that page!!

better response in the max.. about 3-5 hp.. gain sounds good loud and nice.. its better than stock

Jared, you should SEARCH about this and sift through all the junk you find. Performance gains are almost imaginary. Sounds more aggressive. Trade-off is it sucks in warm engine air. No free lunch unfortunately.

its the same as the stock filter

breathing in hot air.. i kept the intake tube to feed cold air to the pop charger... yes it sounds way better..

Almost every Dyno I have seen = Hood up and a BIG *** fan blowing right in front of the car. Of course you see 3-5 hp gains. Do you drive without a hood? I think I feel a little more pull from 4-5.5k but that is it.

at wot you can feel the burn...lol.. if you notice your tach wil climb faster thus faster throttle response.. more air into the mixture = more power.. admitted 5 hp but its there

A good idea (and easier, heh heh ), but unfortunately it still does jack if the car's at a standstill.

I've noticed the infamous low RPM "popcharger lag" once in a while but aren't really complaining (of course I've got a stick though).
