I'm not sure whether this has been on here yet as I haven't been here in a while, if so ignore the photo, if not this appears to be a 3rd gen that has been blown up due to the NOS bottle in the trunk.

i dunno if that was an exploded nitrous bottle. looks to me like someone in the back seat took a monsterous fart.

 

How would it blow up?? What would cause a nitrous bottle to blow up? I could see the engine blowing up, but the bottle itself?? Poor install... ????

 

im pretty sure he said that he left the bottle heater on all night. it was 2 years ago when i read it, so i could be wrong.

 

Yep,
On his site, he said left the warmer on (bumped the switch by accident) and then went inside to take a nap. A few hours later - Kaboom!

He had posted info on the 3rd Gen BBS. When people started asking questions about how he set it up, etc, he started flaming everyone real bad.

I think the funniest remark about him was "he was a real pickle smoker!"

 

this guy was actually on this org. and he had pics of it before it blew up. it looked pretty stock. he left the gas on (NOS) and i think something sparked cant exactly recall.
