get on of the super cold water based fire extingwisherz when your max is all warmed up spray down the Radiator real good..!!! BAM now your car will run faster untill it warms up

Yeah, and crack your radiator and any other hot object it falls on, too 
Wait... How about just hooking up the CO2 extinguisher to your intake... Just make a little switch inside to open the valve, and BAM! 50# of boost!
