Maxima NutBag

I get in my car a few weeks ago, start it up, and drive off as normal. When i get home, i have the window down, and when i pull into the garage at my house, i notice the radiator fans are going. I thought nothing of it, as it was a hot day. But i get in the next day, start up the car, and they come on. The relay is stuck in the on position. First time it was because the relay died. This will now be the second time I've had to have the relay worked on.Has anybody else had this problem? My max is an 89 GXE for the record.
