91 maxima cv joint replacement, Help.

91 maxima cv joint replacement, Help.

I need the instruction of How to replace the right side of cv joint. Are there a web site with the instruction? Thanks.

all i can say is get a chilton's manual...mine has a very good step by step instruction...only like $15...i havent done the repair myslef cause one of mine was impossible to get off (that and it was only like $160 per axle, not bad), but it seems pretty straightforward...good luck

I would suggest an FSM over any manual especially the chilton's for that job or any. Chilton's is on the bottom of the rung. If you don't want to splurge for an FSM at least get the Haynes. That manual has very descriptive pictures.

I have the Haynes manual, and it sux... I can never find anything in there that I'm looking for, and if I can, about 40% of it is wrong.
Especially the part about replacins wheel studs... Grrrr...
I'm going to pick up an FSM with my non-bill paying paycheck

that's why i emphasized the pictures...i have both...i use my FSM for instruction and if i need more graphic i'll whip out the haynes but it's very rare...
