Thicking engine

My 92 max runs great, but it has an annoing thicking noise. Can some one help me find the parts to fix this problem. I know that the VTC's in the engine go bad. Where can I get these parts? Please help.

It could be one of three things
-VTC
-Lifters
-Exhaust manifold studs

Does the noise go away after the engine has been running awile.

Anyway I would suggest running a motor flush if its the lifters.

Just recently I tried a new motor treatment and it bothered the heck out of my lifters and ****ed me off good.
