ticing

..i have a 90 gxe and its makin a horrible ticing noise..any ideas to what it could be?..it sounds like its comin from under the engine maybe sumwhere..when i press the gas it goes faster and even when idlin' it ticks

try running a motor flush (STP is good) during your next oil change, this might help free-up the lifters.

yeah i agree, could be your lifters, due to no oil in the engine, happened to my old car, $2500 spent to fix it

i have a lifter problem use a good oil and get regular oil changes
