Can you switch your max's throttle body with an I 30 throttle body?

I haven't heard of anyone using an I30 TB. I know Matt once tried a 240 throttle body but it didn't work out; flyry had talked about using a Q45 one but I dont think that worked out either
so I haven't really heard of any other TBs actually being used successfully

Why I30? They aren't any larger as far as I know. Fry got that Q45 info from me or Matt. It's the only TB that's bigger than our maxima units.
