Neons and Recepticle not working
Me, Being cheap as a 13 year old am using cheap neons (lite glow and some other one...Studio54 i think) But i bought a 3 cig. lighter recepticle that allows it to beat to the music but i found out that it's 2 cig lighters and 1 terminal. A fellow Maxima owner told me to strip the wires on one of the neons and stick it into the terminals...However, when i did, the neons did not light and the recepticle now won't work....Any suggestions??

try the fuses and see if you can at least get the plugs to start working then worry about the other.

Okay, I couldn't really tell which was positive or negative in the dark so I did the guessing game....Could this have been it, if so, should I check the recepticle and what else?

Never play the guessing game with + and - on most DC stuff unless you want to fry that stuff...about the only thing I can think of that will not fry if hooked up backwards are some fans and they will run backwards.

Do this...look at the wires that are left on the adapter and find the one that goes to the center part and that will be your +
