pop charger help
#3
Its basically just a cone filter that replaces your stock filter on your intake. The pop charger has a little better air flow over stock but a cold air intake (CAI) is your best bet. A little more expensive but a lot better if your worried about performance.
92GXE, touring wing, 18” racing wheels, Port&Polished intake, custom intake, custom yellow interior, racing seats, back seats taken out and replaced with subs and amps, NOS kit, Suspension tech. Lowering springs, custom grille, soon to be custom painted and have the whole engine rebuilt for big shot NOS and custom SC and tranny converted to 5-speed.

I believe that a CAI runs around $220. I'm not to sure though. I always thought that it was a lot of money for something that I could make myself. They do make a bigger difference than a pop charger. The pop charger should come with a filter and an adapter plate. You just mount the adapter plate behind the mass air sensor and put your cone filter on. You need to offcourse remove the stock air box. This style looks a little better than the others but adds the least performance.

Sorry, I would but haven't for several reasons! First, I don't have a web page. I am BROKE and can't take pictures. Finally, I don't think many people liked the way I did mine, which involves moving the mass air sensor, which really isn't hard if you can just sauder! Cost me around $40, I had the filter. The most expensive peice I had to buy was the rubber connector peice from Home Depot, $7+!
