Cleaning alloys!! Trouble!! What to use???

Hey guys I need some help, what do you guys use to clean your alloys?? I have some silver adr reaction alloys and they're a pain in the a$$ to clean! My back rear rims damn near remain spotless but those front ones they can't stay clean for nothing. Or is it maybe I need new brake pads? But maybe not because my brakes work fine. So wha should I use to clean them??

Get some wheel cleaner, spary it on, let it sit, and then wash it off.
