Hope all is well with everyone. I am about to replace a Nakamichi head unit that was stolen from my car about 1yr ago. It worked fine with the orig. Bose speakers and now I'm about to go and start everything over and put in a complete Nakamichi system: MB-100 Head/ PA-4001 Amp/ SP-C692 Rear Sp/ 4x6 Front Sp/ I have a rear Nakamichi 6 CD changer in the back that I will sell with the Bose Speakers.
The question is , can someone recommend someone in the NYC area that does excellent work and can install this since from searching the post on audio on this site, I gather the front speakers will have to be made to fit the front door, since they are different sizes.

There are alot of places to get this stuff here, it's just that I want some really experienced people doing this stuff that stands by their work.

Thanks again in advance for your help. The search function taught me aot about this.

i know this place in parsippany new jersey who are real good but with every good thing comes a bad thing like the prices they charge. They're pretty expensive, I don't have the number but the name of the store is Sound Waves. They aren't too far from the G.W.B. I'll see if I can get the number and exact address for you. They have a couple of awards with Alpine shows and stuff like that. They're serious about their work.

I have accepted the fact that I may spend a few dollars to do it right, which is why I figured I asked someone who knows first hand about the work, instead of picking someone out of the blue and paying alot of money and get sh*()*() work. Thanks for the help. If you get the number let me know. I will try to locate them as well. I just want to get it right the first time.

Thanks
Ron
