springs installtion help

springs installtion help

with intrax or sprintn what all do i need to know before getting a shop to install theses
****do u need a camber kit****???????
do the wheels bow
also do any of u guys's wheels ever skuff or rub the inner fender with the springs u got

Make sure you ask the shop if they have ever installed springs on a 3rd gen 1st. The back is a PIA to do. You'll have to get spring compression bolts or whenever they are called to do the back. I had to wait about 2 hours just for the guys to find and get the bolts. A camber kit would not be a bad idea...I need one b/c my front wheels are wearing like crazy (10,000 on my front and are just about bald) They don't rub over bumps or turning at all. Oh, I have the intrax springs. Good luck and post some pics.

i was told unless i chage my stock rims i didnt need a chamber kit and i have sprint

springs installtion help

i have the intrax and didn't need an aligment kit when i got it aligned. I believe that if you drop it more thant 2" then you do need one.

i talked to a guy at impact parts.com and he said that you have so much play for alining you car

well i was able to aline the car after i lowered it with no problem
