anyone know if a stock max could break 100mph in a 1/4?
or what are the times for one?

if not could it with out the stock muffler, and just a glasspack?

 

No, the sotck Maxima doesnt break 100mph in 1.4 mile. Not even the 2000 with hit 100mph... 100mph is kinda fast for 1.4 mile...like GT sports cars. the 89-91 Maxima automatic has been timed by many test groups at 16.7,16.8...mid 80'smph. and the 89-91 Maxima 5 speed at 16.0. The 92-94 Maxima 5 speeds, (by car and driver),and others... has done 1/4 mile at 15.3,15.4,15.5,and 15.6 at 91-93mph. the 2000 maxima 5 speed does it in 15.1( and that SE was loaded with options, and made 94mph).maybe a 2003 Maxima with the 3.5 liter VQ series engine may manage 100mph.
