i went to pepboys the other day and i saw lights for the tires that replace the tire cap... they light up with motion...
for the moment i have a blue theme planned with my car... i put in blue lights in the door (i think thye look cool at night)... a blue lcd cd player in the future... other stuff that i can't think of because i just woke up... nothing big , but anyways, what do you guys think about the tire lights? think it might look weird or what

my friend has blue ones. they blink though, i always thought they stayed on, unless there are 2 kinds. anyway, i don't really like the fact that they blink, but it's up to you. you may get pulled over though.

I had the blue bulb theme going. But if you look around at all the cars these days, you would find more of them taking the colored bulbs off. That phase is passing and everyone is just sticking to extreme white bulbs now. I have to admit, the white bulbs look nice, with a slightttttttt blue tint. wheel lights are kinda fugly.

those lights dont work for ****....they are supposed to light up and stay on when you drive down the road..like a colored circle. but they dont work like they say they do..i have seen people drive down the road with these things on and the flash and stay on for a split second and the other wheels flash at different moments..plus they are about an inch long and who wants things sticking out of the rim and tire an inch..i know i wouldn't. they are ugly as ****.but uh...get them if you want

I had 'em. The ones which changed colors whenever they turned. Two out of the 4 worked and I eventually threw them away. And I actually got SOME compliments with 'em on. But if I had a choice, I'd get the straight white ones. With my new chrome wheels, they'd probably stand out more.

But I don't think I'll be going down that (r)icy road again!

I thought about doing this also. But I thought, if someone can steal my chrome ones, don't you think someone will surely steal the ones that light up? If I get any, that is the only way I would get mine by simply unscrewing yours. But then again, I have the green theme going, so I wouldn't mess with yours.
