Touch Up Fixable?

I've been debating on what to do here...Can I make this look good with just "Touch-Up paint"? It's not exactly a "Touch up", I know. But it's ugly as hell and repainting the entire bumper I'm sure is not going to be cheap. I just want an honest opinion. Would I be wasting my time trying to fix this with just touch-up paint?

You could probably tape off the area and spray it with some touch up and see what happens. It's probably worth trying before spending a whole lot on painting the whole bumper.

just go Rice-style and put graphics over it ... im actually considering doing that to hide my rock chips on my bumper,

ive used spray paint to paint parts on my car and it looks perfect. the paint is a much lower quality tho and it fades much much quicker and chips and scratches much more easily.
