94 auto stalled - help!

For the first time since I got the car 3 years back, it stalled on me while i was in tough nyc traffic. I didn't feel it stall out. Out of nowhere I saw all the lights on the dash as if the car key was at the On-position. I started the car right back and it ran just as regular. It happened again when I left my car idling at a driveway. All of a sudden the car acted as if some1 just turned it off. It didn't shake, hesitate or anything, it just turned itself off. What gives? I searched around and I read the IACV might play a role in this. I have new plugs, and wires. The WSP intake is still like new and I have just replaced the fuel filter. The IACV was just cleaned along with the throttle a few months back. I don't see what else can make the car act like that. Anything else I should look at? Thanks

I'm guessing this could be just from a bad connection at one of the sensors/conenctors?

If you have'nt done so already.. check the ECU for error codes .. then go from there.. thats the first thing the dealerships look at when you bring your car to them with a problem ... and at $65 a look It is not cheap ..
