Spring Installation Guide

Does anyone know of a site that has a step by step installation guide for putting on a springs for a 3rd Gen? I know i saw one at some point, but that must have been 6 months ago.

thats the installation guide i used to put on my sprint/Kyb combo on....very good guide.
