Unfortunately I don't keep lights, people usually send them in to me to retro. If i bought any lights , it would be the 97-99 maxima lights. I should be a doing a clear cefiro dual lens retrofit in the next couple weeks. I will post pics on here of the progress.

Quote: This is pretty cool. If you make some and sell them completed on ebay, you should be able to sell them for around $400 on ebay with no problem. So far no one has done that.
Only cost of parts will run up to that amount. Won't happen..

So how much could you sell this for on ebay? $600?? That starts to get pricey to blow them out on ebay.

I'm probably going to sell my current set of lights that I have on my car used with e55 singles so I can get better projectors used for around $320 but brand new I would probably say $420 shipped. It takes a week and a half almost to get them done cause I have limited time after work, I got a full church schedule to deal with. It's custom and alot of tweaking. I wish some company would sponser this or something to keep the costs down but demand is an issue too. Alot of people have said they want these but I know who is really serious when they say they are sending me lights or will paypal me money for all the needed materials to get started.

Iron Scim, more power to ya. I see you got a good deal on those tsx.

Well it's a great Idea but you are going about it all wrong. Your best bet is to sell one on ebay before you make it... you put in the listing that it will take 2-3 weeks to ship. Do a BIN for $450 and you will get buyers that will paypal you upfront. I would if it was for the ciefro ones, not the standard headlights, i can't stand those... If you figure that you need an HID conversion which is 300 at the cheapest, another 150 is reasonable for much better looking lights, of course as long as they are as bright as the HID's. My car's headlights just plain suck, and i think that the silverstar crap is worse than stock.

People basically send me their lights, or order them straight off ebay or wherever and have them shipped direct to me. People may also get projectors off eBay or hidplanet.com as well and have them direct shipped. Then I retrofit according to what the person wants, either dual lens or single lens retrofit. Depending on what you want prices are in post 1. All I need to get started is lights and projectors.

I do not supply projectors, chrome bezesl, hid bulbs or ballasts. I usually tell people to acquire the stuff first and send it to me because if i get it, the paypal fees add up pretty quick. They charge 3% sometimes more, so if you needed new lights and I had to order them for you, let's say they are $150 shipped off eBay, the total with paypal would be $154.50. You save the $4.50 if you order them off eBay yourself and have them shipped direct which no one has had problems with yet, the same with projectors off hidplanet; plus sales@hidplanet love me. I've been directing alot of business their way. Also when people send me stuff I know they are serious about it. Sometimes things come up for people which is understandable but I'm not as swamped with p.ms and work as many people think.

Only one pair of wires per side and they tap into your clearance lights.

I've been pretty busy with all kinds of stuff on the car and not just lights , I am also working on trying to make a mold of some sort so the retrofits can go easier/quicker. I also want to try fiberglass for shrouds. I have a set of lights I'm working on personally but it's been slow. I am kinda attached to the 2.75"-3" lens, I think it looks better. The e46 singles can look small with out the angel eye trim. I don't have angel eyes on my set up. If I ever get it done I may sell my current setup, just haven't had much time to make myself some replacements because there is no way I'm going back to halogen.

Constantly check post #1 I am constantly updating it as I get new ideas and new input and sources.

All chrome dual lens. It sucks, takes alot of time. I'd rather do the smoked with blacked out housing or single bixenon projector in cefiros all chrome isn't bad either. Paisley bed sheets not included.

maxgtr just retroed my E55 bixenons into my smoked Cefiros with demon eyes. He did an amazing job!! Great guy to deal with!

I love the light out above and beyond any halogen.

I will post pictures when I wire up my demon eyes tonight. My 97 AE lamps will be for sale shortly. If any of you are interested in a retro, which I HIGHLY recommend!!

You should link your angel eyes to the partial light(corner lights) so it come on when the corner lights are on.

maxgtr2000 thanks for the info in the Dual Lens Retro thread. Do you have any pics of the back of the cefiros? I'm trying to figure out how to mount both units in the housing.

Any and all questions you have can be answered on the hidplanet forums.
http://www.hidplanet.com/forums/ and check out the hidplanet university section. I got the same answer from maxgtr2000 and he was right
Bulb type depends on the projector, most likely d2s.
