I've been trying to contact him myself. It's been two weeks now... been waiting on my ecu.

 

I am still in denial about getting ripped off.....Rich....do not ruin your reputation on here...not a good idea. If you are going through some S%@! let your buyers know man...it is that easy..what can you possibly get out of scamming people for their dough. C'mon man...come through!!!!!!!!!

Like me...but it has been a month I believe since I have been waiting for the panels....I am trying to stay positive and not talk bad a bout the man...but c'mon man....$120 is no .02 cents to throw away...agree?

That eckohb is his aim name. eckohb has in the past scammed people. This car being parted out was eckohb car. I'm not saying it's not his dad parting it out or that hes a scammer either but things are looking fishy. This is none of my business but people that have yet to receive items i would start doing my home work.

On a side note i offered to buy the complete car but he wanted to part it out.

Anybody who sent him money, if you did it through paypal do what I just did:/

1. File a dispute against Richard
2. Immediately Escalate your dispute to a claim
3. Sit back and wait a week for your money back

Richard's lack of communication will inevitably cause myself and others to win the claim through paypal and the funds that you sent should be automatically withdrawn from his account. Regardless, we'll get our money back one way or another. We have is full name, AIM address, and I'm sure the .org has IP logs. Together, thats enough to pin point his house. And if the name is fradulent (Aguinaga?) then when Paypal's notified he's in a fair amount of legal $hit

 

for what it's worth (probably ZERO), I have his phone number ... but nobody answers it

I think if several of us all post claims against him we'll win, they'll obviously see the connection when multiple claims are posted against him. Although it's not guaranteed we'll get our money back =/
