Hey you guys should also look into escalating this into a federal crime as well depending on the total $ amount, and since all of this was wired it may fall under interstate commerce fraud, and god knows what else cause hes using the internet to scam people, like another orger said you do have a plate number give that to the right cop and youll get an address.

Second, and this is what I do, my paypal is funded with a credit card and since you are backed by fraud with a cc, if I ever get defrauded I could deny the charge to paypal as product never received.

 

So how much $$$ are you guy's out of? I only lost $25.00, for a Window Motor, but luckily fanaticcrockford is taking care of that for me for $40.00, I've learned my lesson, and $65.00 isn't bad its like $80 for OEM

Well Paypal closed the case on this guy for me, and in my favor. If he ever transfer's money back into his account, It's mine up to $25. Being this, and if it is actually an account and not just a scam account, I've either guaranteed my money back or just screwed him out of the use of paypal.

The reason he doesnt know whats going on is because I've been the one doing it for him. Im his son. I seriously want to apologize for everything that's happened with everyone's items. The items are here, and they do exist, not just trying to scam money off of people. This was a bad time for me to try and part out the car because I work two jobs literally full time and go to school. I guess it's been too overwhelming. I never intended for this to happen, so I want to give the people the option of getting their money back or their actual parts they paid for. Once again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to each and every one of you who bought a part(s) from me. I'm going to go back and try to get everything corrected and leave no stone unturned. Once again, I hope you guys can accept my apology and not let this ruin your experience on the org.

 

People have heard this before, about 5 weeks ago to be exact:

According to that post it was your dad selling the parts and now your saying it is you?

 

It is a business run by both of us, so that was me saying it. Everything stated is true. I also install car audio, which would be my 2nd near full time job. It was my dads paypal account, so it was just put into his name. I'm the one removing the parts. Like I said, I have the parts, otherwise the others who ordered and received their parts wouldnt have gotten them. I dont know any other way to fix it. I understand people are going to be mad, so I'm doing what I can to correct it.

Well I'm glad you finally came back, I'd like my money back since I've already bought the part from another org member when I gave up hope. It's $25, I left you a PM as well. Paypal also might have a problem with your account after the multiple cases were claimed, but when I receive the money back I'll e-mail them and "drop the charges" so to speak

He came back because he got caught up. His dad isn't "in" on the sale. It's member (ecko) parting his own car on his dad's name/email so he wouldn't be recognized as a theif.
