Also what is a Charcoal Canister, someone ask me about this, but I've never heard of that before. I know there are a few names with canister but not Charcoal, any ideas?

It will fit 95-96 only, works good came off the car I part out, and i was driving it before.

What are you asking for F/R bumper covers in black? Please let me know if they are showing moderate/acceptable wear or if they really need to be refinished.
