I'm not impressed with the condition of the SAFC. When I asked the condition, that would have been the time to tell me that someone DOODLED with a marker around the buttons and face plate. Not sure why anyone would do that.
Anyway, Do you know for sure that this safc WORKS? because i went to test it on my battery and it didnt even turn on.
The marker lines where there when i got the safc and yes it was working when i had it on my maxima.

the point was, that it would have been nice to know.

i'm going to try to mess with it again, but if its not turning on when testing it at the battery...i dont want to go through the trouble of wiring up for it to not work

are you familiar with the safc? or did someone else install it for you? Ive tested it multiple times on the battery, theres one power, and two grounds, and it does not power on.

i called up Apexi and was informed that there was nothing else that could be done to make the SAFC work. I tested it correctly numerous times and it does not power up.
For whatever reason, this SAFC does not work and I would like a refund.
please send me the refund to my paypal chillin014@aol.com and i'll send the safc back to you tomorrow.

have you decided to refund me my money now? I have requested the money via paypal for you to do the right thing. I would prefer you do this and not make me take this further.

no, there was no misunderstanding, he ripped me off.
He said the SAFC i paid him 80 bucks for worked. It does NOT work, after many attempts and a call to the manufacturer to confirm. Alex says he will not refund me because it worked when it was in his car, he already spent the money, and he also said if he refunds me then he is at a LOSS because he has a SAFC that he can not sell since it doesnt work.
none of those are valid arguments considering it was his responsibility to give me a working SAFC and he failed to do so and is now trying to choose to keep my money.
Alex refund me my money, im not playing games with you.

edit- Alex will not answer me when I ask if he checked the SAFC before shipping it to me. He is riding on the fact that it worked in his car which does not matter since it could have been shorted during removal or damaged anywhere in between there and here. This is your responsibility Alex, so step up.

Hold up one min buddy. That safc was sitting inside my car for weeks until you brought it. Then i removed it from my car and then sent it to you. Now im not going to refund you because of the fact that the safc is now broken now im not gonna lose 80 dollars and then have an safc that doesnt work. Im sorry but thats not gonna happen. I sent you the safc in working form. So thats the end of that. Now you opened a case with paypal and they told me that they were not going to continue with the case. So thats it. Now i would like it if you stop trashing my thread and my name. Because i have been ripped off to before here on the org by other members and paypal has told me thats there nothing they could do, i know it sucks but thats life.

I love how you keep ignoring the fact that it doesn't prove anything that it worked in your car. It could have been damaged during removal or shipping.
Refund my money and quit acting like this is just "how it goes". You know damn well if you were in my shoes you would feel ripped off too.
You have no argument, so give me my money back.
Don't sit here and rip me off and then try to act like your some honest nice seller. This is your responsibility to refund me my money. I purchased a working safc from you, you did not provide that. Where is my working safc, alex?
I AM THE ONE AT A LOSS, NOT YOU. I paid you 80 bucks and have nothing to show for it but a useless piece of equipment.
Put yourself in my shoes.

I'm not accusing you of intentionally breaking it or selling me something you beleived to be functional. But the fact of the matter is that you did sell that to me.
And that's not MY problem, its yours. You need to be a man about this and give me my money back.
Did you check the safc before sending it to me? You seem to be riding on the fact that it worked in your maxima, which is besides the point at this point.
You didn't purchase insurance on the safc when shipping or even wrap it well. That's your responsibility as a seller.
Do the right thing and Give me my money back.
