I have a ecu reprogrammed by technosquare that I took out of my 96 auto after it was wrecked. I installed this in my 97 manual with no problems or cel's.This does not have the extended rev limiter .This came out of a GLE so it does have the speed inhibitor on it that cuts the fuel off at around 120 mph but you can bypass the speed limiter as per the instructions in the stickies in the 4 gen. forums. If you already have an intake plus a Y-pipe this is the next best mod you can install on your car that you will actually feel in the old but dyno.

Just a word of advice to help your sale, the scammer mattymaxima97 left a bad taste in a few people's mouths, when he supposedly sold 3 of these ECU's, but ended up ripping off three people. You might want to at least post up some pictures if you have the means to do so.

-PS, this will give me a CEL in my '95 auto fed spec, right? (if not, may be interested )

Sorry 2pb my wife just got out of surgery yesterday so I've been at the hospital for the last week and haven't been near a computer.I've seen where a couple of org members have been ripped by the scam and I can promise you this is not a scam.I'll post up pics when I get the chance but things are a little crazy now that we have gotten home with family and friends coming to visit I barely had time to log on and check what's been happening these past few days.I take pics with the ecu opened up so you can see that it does have the daughter board installed from ts.As far as cels installing this in a 95 I don't know I do know that it didn't throw any in my 97 straight drive even though the ecu is out of an auto.

2pb,

The 0707 rear o2 CEL can be eliminated by relocating a wire and grounding another. I did that with mine and no more CEL. Still worth it even with the CEL imho.

Good price cw96

cw96 - thanks for the update, I hope that everything's ok with you and your wife

bonka, thanks for the info! i was searching around and found this thread:

http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....=1996+ecu+1995

someone put a stock '96 ecu in his '95, and got 7 EVAP codes. IIRC, the EVAP system is different between the '95 and '96, so that would make sense. Any workaround for that too? If I could get this thing in my car code free, I'd definitely take it.

Bump ........

Guys this is not wasted money on these type of ecu's.You should see an estimated hp between 8-12hp at the wheels depending on your mods.(Y-pipe being the main one). You will definitely feel the difference after you plug these in!

Well I thought this was sold but I haven't heard anything from the buyer in a couple of weeks so back up for sale. New price $325. I also have a jwt ecu with extended rev limiter but it is programed for turbo ,330 injectors and Z 32 MAF for $400 shipped but I'll make a seperate tread for this.
